But it's more than that! This is a public service announcement, you see! I just couldn't sleep at night if I didn't tell you guys all about the cutest ring ever and this new etsy site I discovered. You need something from this lovely lady's shop in your life!
Bad news -- remember this ring? After not receiving it for two weeks, I figured it got lost in the mail and had to cancel my order. Boo! But the good news is that I did some research on etsy and found Gazzu.
Gazzu features button rings, earrings, headbands and ponytail holders. Sooo adorable!
When I found this ring, I just had to have it!
I love the button's funky fabric and the different ribbons she's layered over it. Lovin the pink, green and brown combo besides the fact I'm a friend of over- sized rings in general. I think the major selling point (besides the $7 price. Score!) was that it was something I couldn't make myself. I'm soo in love with this ring! haha. For realz, I adore it!
Right now Gazzu is doing a special promotion -- For every two items you purchase from her shop, you'll receive a third item of equal or lesser value free! So, if you buy four items, you'll get two free, six items, three free... etc.
And for every sale, she'll check your favorites and if you've "hearted" any of her items, she'll send you an extra little goodie based on your favs from her shop.
When I received the ring, the seller sent me a *free!* matching ponytail holder. How sweet! I only bought the one item and I hadn't marked anything as hearted yet, so I'm not sure how I got a little goodie, but cool beans all the same! That's a $4.50 value, baby!
After thinking about the original layered button ring I ordered, I think I could totally pull it off myself - I just gotta get to Michael's to buy an adjustable ring and a package of cream buttons, get out my hot glue gun, and I'm set! Yay! I'm excited about my new fun project!
When I'm at Michael's I'll be sure to pick up some supplies to make my fall wreath. Did you see my bloggy buddie Sarah's (over at Sensibly Sassy) announcement about our fun project?
A couple days ago we were chatting away on IM and decided we should do something crafty. And so, to celebrate fall, we're each going to make a fall-themed wreath and then post the results on our individual blogs. Of course, all of you guys should totally join in on the crafty goodness!
So, get to embracing autumn and craftiness and all that jazz and then we'll all share what we've come up with on October 1st. Yay! Fun! I can't wait to see all of your wreaths!

OHHHH my gosh! I've never read Sensibly Sassy but guess what? I'm making a wreath too! I've been inspired by candy corn. That's your only hint! I don't know if mine will be done by Oct. 1... but I'm excited regardless.
I've never made a wreath before... it might be pretty scary.
oh that ring is so cute, i love it. and i sort of love your guy's idea of wreath making, if i have time i would definitely like to try it too and get crafty.

And so I'm trying to convince my family to do a fall wreath making party tomorrow, it's a little last minute, but either way Oct 1 I will have a wreath. You guys are awesome for the good idea!
